A thin neoprene sock made of Dura-Flex neoprene. A grip pattern on the sole provides a good grip.
It can be used instead of neoprene shoes, on top of a drysuit instead of neoprene shoes, or inside neoprene shoes for extra warmth. If you choose to wear it on top of the drysuit, remember to take a larger size than you normally wear in shoes.
